These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jljili ("jljili," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the jljili online gaming platform available at jljili.app and all associated services, games, promotions, and features (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on jljili, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jljili Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

§ 1.1

By creating a jljili account or using any part of the jljili Platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions, the jljili Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or policies applicable to specific games or promotions offered on the Platform. These documents are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and jljili.

jljili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the jljili Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. 2. Eligibility

§ 2.1

The jljili Platform is strictly available to individuals who are at least 21 years of age, as required by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and applicable Philippine law. By registering on jljili, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

§ 2.2

jljili is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the jljili Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

§ 2.3

jljili reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

§ 2.4

Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of jljili, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.

3. Account Registration

§ 3.1

To access real-money gaming on jljili, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

§ 3.2

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) jljili account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. jljili employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where multi-accounting is confirmed, jljili reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit any balances therein.

§ 3.3

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jljili login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. jljili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jljili immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

§ 3.4

jljili accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your jljili account or any rights therein to any other person.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

§ 4.1

All financial transactions on jljili are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). jljili supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the jljili cashier section and may be updated from time to time.

§ 4.2

Deposits are credited to your jljili account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. jljili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network issues outside jljili's control.

§ 4.3

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. jljili aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 3 to 5 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers. Processing times may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

§ 4.4

jljili reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing any withdrawal. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

§ 4.5

jljili does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

§ 5.1

jljili offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of the offer.

§ 5.2

Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for jljili bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus.

§ 5.3

jljili reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel bonus funds, and void any winnings derived from bonus funds where jljili has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software, exploiting game mechanics, or colluding with other players.

§ 5.4

Bonuses are available to Philippine residents only and may not be available to players who have opted into jljili's self-exclusion program. jljili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

§ 6.1

All games available on the jljili Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer streams, as applicable. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by jljili or any player. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available in the game information section.

§ 6.2

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, jljili will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last valid state. Where this is not possible, jljili reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. jljili's decision in such matters is final.

§ 6.3

The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to play games on jljili is strictly prohibited. jljili employs monitoring systems to detect non-human play patterns. Accounts found to be using such tools will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jljili Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Registering or using jljili if you are under 21 years of age;
• Creating or operating multiple jljili accounts;
• Using jljili for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the jljili Platform or its security systems;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, including the use of exploits, bugs, or software vulnerabilities;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jljili staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Accessing jljili from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

8. Responsible Gaming

§ 8.1

§ 8.2

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your jljili account or receive promotional communications. Self-exclusion periods of six (6) months or more are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

§ 9.2

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jljili Platform without the prior written consent of jljili.

10. Limitation of Liability

§ 10.1

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jljili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if jljili has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

§ 10.2

jljili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jljili account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

§ 10.3

jljili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jljili makes no representations regarding the suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

§ 11.1

jljili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the jljili Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

§ 11.2

jljili may share your personal data with PAGCOR and other regulatory authorities as required by law, and with third-party service providers who assist in operating the Platform, subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

12. Amendments to These Terms

§ 12.1

jljili reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page with the effective date clearly indicated. Where changes are material, jljili will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the jljili Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact jljili's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. jljili will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.
